 Mass Production : A15 Bionic Chip for iphone 13 is set to schedule in May


According to upcoming report in DigiTimes that Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) is going to shipping the A15 Bionic Chipset for iPhone 13 series by the end of May.  Mass production of A15 processor is getting to begin in the next month.

The new chip is based on an enhanced version of the A14 Bionic Chipset (5nm Process), which is firstly installed in the iPhone 12 lineup and 2020 iPad Air. The new chipset is powering the next-generation iPhones. We expecting that improve on performance and power efficiency.

The Facbrication of A15 Chipset with foundry set to see major output from advanced processes in iPhone series. As its leads to increase the 5 percent to 10 percent performance improvement and power consumption over the latest upcoming iPhone 13 series than the iPhone 12 lineup.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the A14 Bionic chipset is production started last year  in the month of April. As per the reports, this year the production could be delayed to May. Those 5mn manufacturing processor is enhanced the process making the chip production Faster. Both A14 Bionic Chipset and Apple M1 chips are based on 5nm and it impressing the massive performance.
