Applications are invited on the prescribed form available in the office of undersigned on payment of Rs. 200/- in shape of Bank Draft payable at Ludhiana in favour of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana on any working day from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM along with attested copies of certificates for one position of Student Fellow (Leading to Ph.D) @ Rs.20,000/- PM fixed in the scheme “Transforming India’s Green Revolution by Research and Empowerment for Sustainable food supplies (TIGR2ESS) Misc.(FC-5) (PC-5538)” for a period of six months or till the termination of the scheme whichever is earlier.
Educational Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Agri./B.Sc. Agri.(Hons.)/ B.Sc. Biotech.(Hons.) 4 year/B.Sc. Forestry/B.Sc. Hort. with minimum OCPA 6.00/10.0 basis or 60 % marks.
- M.Sc. in Plant Breeding/ Plant Breeding & Genetics/ Genetics with minimum OCPA 6.50/10.0 basis or 65 % marks.
Note-1: Student must be enrolled in the Ph.D programme in Plant Breeding & Genetics at Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana. The student appointed will work part time on the mandate of the project.

The last date for the receipt of applications (duly completed in all respects) in this office is 24-07-2020. Incomplete applications or unsupported by the requisite documents will not be entertained. The candidates should appear for interview on 30-07-2020 at 11.00 AM in the office of the undersigned (Room No. 114, P.G. Building, PAU, Ludhiana). No separate information for interview will be sent. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
